designPropEZ: Open a database

In this short tutorial, you'll see a couple different ways to open a database in designPropEZ.

Instructions

Opening a database in designPropEZ

Click you chosen database and then click the designPropEZ toolbar icon

Step 1 Select your chosen database from your Notes client Workspace (or be currently working in a database).

Step 2 Click the designPropEZ icon in the Ytria toolbar.

Your database is now loaded in designPropEZ

Step 3 Your selected database is now loaded in designPropEZ.

To switch databases in designPropEZ

Change database by selection the 'Open Database' option from the 'Database' menu

Step 1 Select the 'Database > Open Database…' menu option or use Ctrl + O.

Select a server from the drop-down server list. Choose the database you want to load

Step 2 Select a server from the drop-down server list.

Step 3 Choose the database you want to load.

Step 4 Click 'Ok'.
