actionBarEZ: Open a database

In this short tutorial, you'll see a quick way to open a server and a selection of databases in actionBarEZ.

Instructions

Opening a database in actionBarEZ

Click on the actionBarEZ toolbar icon to get started

Step 1 Select your chosen database from your Notes client Workspace (or be currently working in a database).

Step 2 Click the actionBarEZ icon in the Ytria toolbar.

Your database is now loaded in actionBarEZ

Step 3 Your selected database is now loaded in actionBarEZ.

To switch databases in actionBarEZ

Change database by selection the 'Open Database' option from the 'Database' menu

Step 1 Select the 'Database > Open Database…' menu option, or use Ctrl + O.

Select your server, choose your database and click 'OK'

Step 2 Select a server from the drop-down server list.

Step 3 Choose the database you want to load.

Step 4 Click 'Ok'.
